Prior to inquiring whether she was even speaking to the correct individual, she began her inquiry with "why haven't you paid your bill?!".
There should never be the occasion to treat past customers with the kind of disrespect that was experienced today.
We have now experienced poor maintenance service, as well as extremely poor customer service from this company.
