    Best Buy is definitely not operating at their best. I have been a customer since they opened in Regina and they certainly are not the same (as good) as they once were. I think that is very unfortunate, which I can only assume is because they haven't learned how to operate or adapt in our Internet world. Often times the staff, when you can find them, appear to have very little training and are lacking in customer service skills. Those are huge obstacles to overcome if they want to attract, and RETAIN, customers!
