The service technition who assisted me was helpful and patient and allowed me to take my MacBook home while we waited to hear back about my warranty coverage. When they ordered in my parts they arrived in a day and I had my computer back within 24 hours. Most places where you get your MacBook fixed it can take numerous weeks so I was incredibly impressed with the quick turn around time and the friendly and prompt service. Would definitely recommend PC Place
