  **Edit: I have since been fit in promptly for an appointment to have the broken tooth removed. The staff apologized for the mix up, reason being I had to reschedule my original appoint and was booked onto a day when the dr would not be in. I would give a higher rating but I feel that the office is partially responsible as my need to see the doctor should have been in my charts/patient file, which the staff should have seen when rebooking me. **
  
  I went for a teeth cleaning and I had a broken tooth, which I conveyed to the person who made the appointment at this office. Things were going well until the hygienist doing the cleaning told me that the doctor wasn't in that day and that I would have to come back a month!! The I went to the front to pay my bill and there were a bunch of surcharges on it, I paid the bill anyways.
  Fast forward a month later I get the call to confirm my appointment, and of course I ask if the doctor will be in to look at this damned broken tooth and good thing too, because he won't be in! Then I explain my situation and the lady on the phont says she will confirm the appointment and set another one for a week later to have my tooth extracted. Well wait, What's this appoint for!? A treatment I didn't want, so I tell her I want to cancel the appointment as it's not what I even wanted! She tells me that they need 48 hours to cancel or I have to pay a fee, which I'm sure is standard, but why call the afternoon before to confirm with patients if the only option is to confirm.
  
  So now I'm stuck with a treatment I didn't want and that my insurance won't cover, delaying this tooth that has been bothering me for another week, and an extra fee on top! This is ridiculous!!
