  We ordered a cake for a sport wind up and sent in a logo to be put on the cake. Logo was black and red and the cake was accented with pink - didn't correlate at all and looked as though they were just trying to use up extra icing they had on hand. Transfer of the logo was badly printed and looked like something that could be done at home. VERY disappointed.

  Service is very slow at this one, took about a half hour to make 2 blizzards and half that time they were sitting on the order counter melting as the staff continued to fulfill food orders. I would think something as simple as a single item order would be priority so that you would have one less customer to deal with but I guess not. Avoid this one if you are in a rush.

  Live close to this one but think we'll change which one we go to...blizzards are never blended all the way to the bottom. Just ordered a truffle Blizzard and added extra brownie, was charged for it, but they didn't add it. Service is incredibly slow and subpar. Recommend a different location if you actually want what you ordered and paid for
