- Matthew Miller Added 2018-05-16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff was incredibly pushy. The entire experience was awkward at best. We were wanting to get a rough idea about prices of twin mattresses, and they seemed to have an assumption I was going to purchase a 400 dollar mattress. We weren't left alone to even look around at the product. I couldn't get out fast enough. They can initially ask if I need help with anything, if I say I'm just looking, let me look. If I need help, I'll get someone to help me. Doesn't need to be more complex than that. I noticed a similar review 7 months ago, and it was mentioned there would be a retraining of staff in terms of staff-customer relations. This retraining has not taken place. What a bizarre experience.
