  To be very honest, they don't deserve even a star. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  First of all the person who left voicemail on my phone was not loud enough to even understand a little bit. I could hardly understand that it is from UPS. Then I called customer service, they committed to give me a call in next one hour, I didn't recieve a call even after 48 hours. SIMPLY IT REFLECTS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT.

  A package I ordered was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. I called Saturday as it had not arrived. Told me "It's at the warehouse, will be delivered Monday." Package did not arrive Monday by 5pm, so I called again. They informed me it will be there by 7pm Monday. Did not arrive, again. Tuesday, I call again, this time they inform me "We're sorry, but your package has been stolen between Winnipeg and Regina with a lot of other Apple products. You must report it yourself for an investigation to be opened up." UPS staff steal your shipment, and you are required to do all the work to get a new one sent. This is a very unprofessional company. You must contact the company who shipped your product, UPS will do nothing until then. Would never recommend anyone use UPS to ship or receive products.

  I've been dealing with the UPS store and its new owner for nearly one year. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have shipped numerous items for my eBay business, never had an issue. I also used their printing service, great price and speedy service!

  Can't complain about the speed. But once at the door they ring the doorbell once and run like he'll back to their truck before you get of the chair to answer the door. Seniors aren't that fast. Might be a good idea to ask your delivery people to ring the bell a couple of times before running back to the vehicle.
