  If there was a negative number I would be picking the highest! A nightmare experience!! Promises made with no follow through!! Repo'ing my oxygen when I still needed just being freshly discharged from the General Hospital's M.I.C.U., after having complications, leaving me with my heart failing but thankfully having things turned around to wear I won't suffer suffer long term issues. When I called Laurie, she really didn't care that I still needed and basically blamed me for my contract expiring, I was promised that she would be in contact with my doc's office and she would get the ball rolling before my contract ran out. She claimed she had tried contacting me several times when in reality she had left me a text message the day before asking me to get in contact with her. I had medical obligations during business hours, not getting home until 6 pm'ish. I text messaged her and left a voice mail message as well. Not hearing back from her. I am so disgusted that she had no issue in me losing my oxygen when I needed it. Had she kept her word from the mad game she spewed at me when I first became a customer, then there wouldn't have been any miscommunication! I had heard negative things about this company following my becoming a customer and I'm thankful that info was shared with me because as I expected. .my contract as been renewed!! So please be aware and do your homework before chosing the oxygen company that will be there for you through thick and thin! Thankful I was strong enough to make it through to my renewal appointment because I feel like she just didn't care!!!
